This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from led-lights-down-under.myshopify.com Merge Solutions, Merge Shopping (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Security Cameras Solar and Hard Wired.
If you are part of our Ariel Maintenance Monitoring programm which enables us to dial into your Security Cameras as a result of a push notification being sent back to one of our devices for us to review and assess any dangers and take appropriate action accordingly. For recordings to Argyle servicers Cameras must be built latter than June 2021 for this to happen Cameras prior to this date do not have this ability for recording to our Argyle Servers.. At present all data on the cameras are stored on a 32GB-64GB SDTF micro card located inside the camera. These cards are formatted remotely by Merge when the SDTF card reaches 90% capacity, all data will be deleted once formatting is completed. We do not store any images on our systems from your cameras.

Revision of time period for formatting SDTF cards in cameras. Regardless of the useage of SDTF cards held in cameras all cards will be formatted 30days after end of month all information and images will be deleted from the card.
However if requested by yourself ( The Customer) we are able to store images for security purposes on our servers Argyle 1 and Argyle 2 when they come into services. These images could be requested or subpoenaed by legal Entities to be used in court proceedings or other. We will store FREE for a period of 3 months then delete from both Argyle1 and Argyle 2. 1 months prior notice will be given in writing to you (The Customer) before deleting. If you (The customer requests them (The Images) to be stored longer a written request has to be made to our

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

(Duel Control)
(Duel Control) Will Cease Operating in its present form for all new and existing customers from 30.07.2023 or at the end of their current agreement.
From 30.07.23 (New Duel Control Agreements) the owner of the cameras will take responsibility for monitoring and security of the said property where the cameras are set up, Merge will in its roll keep the said cameras in working condition as per any warranties that may exists, as long as the customer signs up for an Ariel maintenance Program this will mean supply of SDTF Cards and Batteries Only as per the yearly cost indicated at the time of signing the agreement this will be renewed at the end of a 12 Calendar Months if the two parties agree.

With Duel Control comes RESPONSIBILITY.
1. Backing out of your cameras the way we have asked you to, If you don't batteries die cameras stop working.
2. If you change the direction of a camera you must always return it to its original position, when we set up the camera for you we look at what you ask us to protect and we also advise on the position of the camera for sunshine charging. If you want the direction of the camera changed permanently a simple email to our office mergeshoppingroup@mail.com (Att Controller) requesting approval for the new direction.

3. If you leave windows, doors open we will never contact you and tell you to close them (Duel Control). Only by consenting by email or text to The Privacy Compliance Officer are we able to sent you an email or text on the infringement, letting you know of the open area which ever you decide.
4. You only go into cameras on push notification (Activity Detected.)
5. If for what ever reason you get a written text or email directive from Merge not to enter cameras and you do so all agreements can be terminated with out further notice and any monies paid to Merge for that agreement will not be refunded.
